Shipping & Costs
Our shipping fee on all orders (Service area exclusions: Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, and the Virgin Islands. ) is $9.99 if your total order amount is under $39 and free for an order amount of $39 or more. Local taxes will be added at the checkout for all deliveries within the United States and EU region. We are not responsible for any tax.
Shipping Other Countries
We currently do not ship internationally through our website. For orders outside of the United States and EU region, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a product and shipping quote.
Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within three business days after your purchase (Not including weekends and holidays). You will receive an automatic confirmation email with the tracking details immediately when your product has shipped. Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday. On Friday, orders after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed and shipped next Monday. (holiday extension).
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Sodentist's processing time is 1-3 business days, and shipping is usually 3-7 business days. So our delivery time is usually 4-10 business days (delivery will be delayed in case of holidays).
What if You Haven’t Received the Product for a Long Time?
In general, the product can reach in 15 working days after shipping. Please contact customer service if you haven’t received it within 15 business days. We will check the logistics status for you and then choose the best processing method according to your needs.
What if Loss of Goods?
We are sorry that this happened; although Sodentist cannot be responsible for this, please contact us with the order number and we will try our best to help you contact the logistics company.
What if the Order Processing Time is Too Long?
We are sorry if there is a timeout. If the order processing time is too long (more than 10 business days without special remarks), you can contact us by email at email@example.com. There are two options for you to choose from, either we refund you directly or we arrange delivery as soon as possible and compensate you with a $3 coupon.
