30-day Risk-free Return/Exchange Policy
You have 30 days after signing for the package to contact us for a risk-free return/exchange. If your package has been delivered for more than 30 days, we will not accept any return or exchange requests.
-Please show us videos of the entire package and your order number. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent product, don't hesitate to contact our customer support at email@example.com before returning the item. We do not process any orders that are not purchased on sodentist.com.
-All sodentist units must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories and user manuals.
-Purchased products can only be returned or exchanged in the country or region of purchase.
-If the return is due to the consumer's reasons, the consumer should bear the shipping cost. The exact shipping cost should be determined by the express company you select. If the return is caused by the sodentist, the products received are damaged or incorrect, and the consumer is not required to pay the shipping fee as a result. Consumers will not be charged a restocking fee if they return a product.
What if I Want to Cancel My Order?
Within 30 minutes after the order is successfully paid, the user can cancel the order in the order details. After cancellation, the payment amount will be refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days. The exact time depends on your payment method; please wait patiently. To start a cancellation, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will process your order as soon as possible; if it has not been processed for more than 24 hours, don't hesitate to contact us via email@example.com.
Returns & Exchanges
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Our staff will process it within 5-7 business days after receiving the email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Sodentist is not responsible for redelivery charges or non-receipt of goods if you fill in an incorrect or invalid shipping address. If you fill in the wrong shipping address, please get in touch with us within 24 hours to change it.
